If I had to guess, looking at the buff it gives you... extremely hard to say. Possibly changes your model to a random race

The spell effect of this item is a Change Model effect, which simply changes your player model. Skymirror has a custom script, probably required to copy to the target's model and apply the spectral effect.

Might as well add a yearly cooldown instead or im going to have too much fun with it, blizz! :P

The cooldown is reduced to 1 hour during Hallow's End, allowing for 100% uptime. I think this makes the toy feel kind of special, which is nice and a little unusual these days :)

The daily area exists only during the Hallow's End.

The best farming place is (39.33,96.62) on the [npc=96535]'s ship, one [item=128807] dropped per 10-15 min [b]if you are lucky[/b]. Ranged DPS best, or DK with [spell=49576], and you also need a [item=109167].

IT'S TRADABLE. You have chance to loot from the mobs around the new holiday daily quests area Isle of Shadows(39,80) in Shadowmoon Valley(Draenor).

Update:I got the toy finally, dropped from [npc=96637]. [npc=96637] also drops another transform item [item=104316] which transform you to a ghost pirate for 1 hour. Tips:You'll be drunk when you kill enough [npc=96637], so drink some coffee like [item=120150] or [item=86125] to make yourself sober. Or you can just turn off the drunk effect with the command [code]/console ffxGlow 0[/code] Full screen glow covers various other effects, so if you want to turn it back on, use this command[code]/console ffxGlow 1[/code]

I can confirm this, got it after 20min of farming the mobs at the Isle of Shadows

Dropped for me on my first [npc=96536]. But I was probably just lucky as other users stated that it took them some time. Upon use it transformed me into a bloodelf but as other players were around I can't say if it's random or a player near me that I copied. The buff lasts 60 minutes. Cooldown is 24h.
