there's no personal loot, if it drops, the whole raid rolls for it

This only drops from Vault of the Incarnates Bosses...Another awful profession decision...leaving m+ players in the dust...

Drop from Aberrus too now. Seen it drop from Assault of the Zaqali

This bullshit drops once in a blue moon and when it does, half the raid rolls need. No chance to get it before the next addon.

The alchemy guide says Abberus so there is some conflicting info. Besides that there are lots of weirdo level 80s with no life.

Dropped yesterday in raid. Unfortunately, I cannot roll for it as an alch. I have 98/100 alch skill, which suggests that I should be able to roll. However, I did not spec into potion mastery. This seems to be the cause. This is very unlucky and a bit frustrating, as the codex never points out such requirement.

Dropped from Sennrarth in heroic raid tonight. I've heard heroic and mythic. Whole raid got to roll on it. I am not an alch but I did get to roll. Some alchs in raid did NOT get to roll on it or didn't see it. Not sure how it works or just missed it? Bugged?

Happened in raid last week and a /reload allowed my guildies who couldnt see it originally to roll

FUN FACT - while It can be sold on the AH - The cauldron is bound to the Crafter´s Account at this time. It [b]cannot be ordered through the work order System[/b].

So if you are a crafter - get the cheaper Potion recipe.

I still can't find the Elemental Potion of Ultimate Power on the AH or Crafting Hub so I'm going to assume it's because the recipe hasn't dropped on our server pool yet. Hopefully Blizz changes the drop rate on the recipe in the near future otherwise it's going to cause these potions to be sold at such a high premium to the point that most people won't be able to afford them. The only people that'll be willing to buy them are the ones trying to get the best possible parses, or be top DPS on their servers, etc. no matter the cost.

There is 1 for sale on the AH (A52 server) as of 2/17/23 for 650k gold. Drop rate seems to be insanely low, not as bad as lariat, but getting there.

It's not even worth keeping if it is worth that much.

Is the tool tip on the alchemy page correct that it only drops from heroic & mythic? Or is there any confirmation on normal/LFR? I feel like there's been more than a few tool tips in this expansion that have either been completely wrong, or lacking information.

It CAN drop from LFR. I received mine from LFR tonight.

So, on 10.0.5 content update notes, under GROUP LOOT: [i]"Players can no longer roll Need on any Profession recipe that they have already learned."[/i]

That means that if you have already learned it, you'll only be able to "greed" on it? We all know that if you greed, you'll only be able to get it if no one "needs", and the chances of that happening are really low. Maybe I'm mistaken, but that would mean that an alchemist that prefers selling it on the auction house instead of learning it will become the only source to get it besides obtaining it while doing heroic raiding, making the price skyrocket, as there will be less sources/chances. If that's the case (and sorry for my ignorance as I haven't seen it drop on raids) can people that are not alchemists actually roll for it? If that's the case, wouldn't it be unfair for alchemists that have learned it already? And this not only applies to this item, that would affect all professions that have a recipe that only rops from raid bosses, now and in the future.

If someone has more information about this I would be really thankful!

This recipe now drop in Assault on Zaqali on all difficulties and share drop with other recipes via Satchel of Pilfered Recipes.Dropped on LFR for me. I was able to roll need on it cuz im an alchemist.

It has been in the loot table for Assault since 10.1 dropped, but this week it disappeared from the loot journal for Aberrus entirely. :(

It's absolutely insane this recipe has not dropped in our guild runs of both VotI and Aberrus. We've cleared normal and/or heroic (respectively) every week since both raids have released and no recipe. We've legitimately seen every other pattern in Aberrus drop at least once, with the Phial cauldron recipe dropping 3 times.

Dropped from Amirdrassil, Igira the Cruel today.

Literally never seen this drop... good job Blizzard for making it such an obscenely low drop.

I got this today while soloing mythic Vault of the Incarnates on a non alchemist character. It's the first time I've seen it drop in many runs.
