Design: Stabilizing Gemstone Bandolier

I'm not sure here, but it looks like this drops from heavy trunks in delves? If not, can anyone please articulate further?

That's what the tooltip in the game says

My research suggested that any Delve could drop this in the Heavy Trunks at the end. It also suggested that any Tier could drop this item. So far, I have run Collegiate Calamity now 132 times, Tier 1 and others and no drop. I have been waiting for more comments but there have been very few, so thought I would to try and get some feedback on other's experiences.

At this point the professions I have started to level have many extremely rare reagents needed. The fun of making things is gone.

Don't even get me started on the ridiculous Fused Vitality. It should be Warbound at least.

This just dropped for me from a Tier 3 Collegiate Calamity in a green Heavy Trunk. I'm a level 88 DH and Valeera is level 34. It was my first time doing Collegiate Calamity on my DH.

Oh thank you. At least it does indeed drop without a higher tier (at least higher than 3).

Still NO recipe drops from Heavy Delves. So far I have completed 186 Delves in Midnight and have not obtained even ONE profession recipe.

Would love to see some confirmation on where this has dropped for people... I feel like I've done a reasonable amount... level 32 Valeera, vault full of delves, giggling through some tier 1s for quantity over quality... still no drop. Granted, none of the rare patterns for me have dropped in the past two expansions, so I can't imagine why it should be different this time around. Garbage system, Bliz. GG.

I can't even begin to say how frustrating this is I have done so many delves I am 90 and Val is maxed out to 60 and not even one drop.

Same here. Serious delve grinds and no drop.... 1 design available on the AH as of 20/5/2026 for 35K. Thanks Blizz.

Just got this recipe from [item=260537] . I don't have JC. I have Tailoring and Enchanting on my character.
