is there a pre-req for this quest? I know I haven't done it yet, but it's not there. I did the other three that were offered in the dungeon, but I don't see this one, and I really need the SC rep.
A quick clarification for those working on Loremaster or rep and who are looking for this NPC to pick up the quest: he starts the quest just inside the entrance to Zul'Farrak. You also turn in to him inside ZF. Don't waste your time like me looking for him in Gadgetzan, he's not there. ;) (Silly Questhubber!)

Description
I heard that a troll in here, Hydromancer Velratha I think she was called, has come into the possession of a very rare, beautiful, and powerful piece of jewelry called the Tiara of the Deep. She uses it to control the powerful demigod Gahz'rilla, whose very scales are said to crackle with energy. Do you know what all of that means, {race}? I need it! Kill Velratha, take the Tiara of the Deep, and kill Gahz'rilla for one of his scales. Bring them all back to me pronto! I'll reward you handsomely.
Getting there
Inside the dungeon: Zul'Farrak
Zul'Farrak was once the shining jewel of Tanaris, ferociously protected by the cunning Sandfury tribe. Despite the trolls' tenacity, this isolated group was forced to surrender much of its territory throughout history.
