TheWoWDBThis is easy as long as you have the right group make up, everyone's on the ball, know what to do, and have at least five rather than four. I did this with a feral druid tank, arms warrior tank, tree druid, enhancement shaman healer, and a warlock. I really reccomend having at least two tanks and two healers for this. It might be doable with one healer if everyone plays smart. The warlock was also nice for the first wave because he could enslave one of the demons.
The first wave is pretty simple. A bunch of demons and blood elves spawn and you basically take them down. As far as I know they are not CC'able, with exception to enslave.
The second wave is two eyes which do a mean mind flay. Interrupt them when they do that as soon as possible to help save the healer's mana.
The third wave has four fire lords which are blood elf npc's who have a ton of hp and cast flamestrike. This is the fight you have to be on the ball on. It is preferable to have each tank on two of the npc's. Whenever one of the npc's start to cast flame strike, the tank on them and any melee DPS on them need to MOVE. This is pretty universal for any flamestriking mob, but since flamestrike is a ground target spell, its possible to dodge it if you get out of its area of effect (the center of its target when it starts casting, the area of the effect will not follow the person if they move after the cast begins) before it finishes casting. If everyone can dodge the flame strikes, this wave is fairly easy.
The last wave, the final boss is a simple straight up fight. He will occasionally do an ae damage/knockback, this is another one that can be dodged by moving away when he does it. The casting animation looks like he's casting a shadow spell, so its fairly easy to spot. If you managed to do the third wave though, this one should be no problem, even if you eat the ae's from the boss.

If you are 85 and just want to do the Twenty-Five Tabards achievements, go and kill Val'zareq the Conqueror (he is walking around the zone), he will drop The Journal of Val'zareq then you give it to the Crystal Prison, it will give you Battle of the Crimson Watch, start the event, finished it and then go to Shattrath City to get you tabard. You will get Green Trophy Tabard of the Illidari or Purple Trophy Tabard of the Illidari. Both tabards are random and they will be in the Offering of the Sha'tar.
If you want both tabards you can do this: before you loot the tabard. Remove your auto loot, look inside the Offering of the Sha'tar see what color of tabard you got (dont take the tabard) go and speak to Garyl <Tabard Vendor>in Orgrimmar tell her that you lost your tabard of the Illidari, choose a different color of tabard that you have and then loot the Offering of the Sha'tar box. And you will have them both green and purple. It is simple and quick.
