TheWoWDBIn your combat log, or even with some interface options, it doesnt show the increase with all the factions.
All I got was 11 Ironforge rep and 1 Stormpike Guard rep.
But if you keep track of your rep with the other major city factions, you'll see that they were increased

If you want to earn reputation with the major factions and you're also grinding for honor in AV... this is indeed worth it. The reward seems small, but you can easily get a massive amount of turn ins. If you loot every guy that you kill (or see killed), you can easily get a few dozen of the various medals. If you're playing defense, use the lull time to hand them in. A mod like Deadly Boss Mods automates the turn-in process and makes it much quicker. You can easily earn 100 to 200 rep per game with all of the major factions. In a real turtle, you can gather enough items to gain 10

My gryphons are poised to strike at the front lines but cannot make the attack until the lines are thinned out. The Frostwolf warriors charged with holding the front lines wear medals of service proudly upon their chests. Rip those medals off their rotten corpses and bring them back here. Once the front line is sufficiently thinned out, I will make the call to air! Death from above!
