The CORRECT place to turn in this quest will be at the Boralus PvP HQ. As of today, the yellow question mark will NOT show up on your map, but once you go inside you can turn it in to Grand Marshal Tremblade (56.5, 26 or so, inside the building) , the same NPC who hands it out.

You no longer are required to do anything in regards to waiting for an air supply drop anymore, regardless of what the quest says. Kill 10 Horde players in Stormsong Valley and return to Boralus to turn in!
