Killing town sentries will NOT count towards this quest. There are no NPCs you can kill for progress on this, it's just PVP.
If you hate doing PVP, you might get lucky by luring some Alliance players to hit you while you're near enough to a Horde guard. If you don't do rated BGs and regular other PVP events then this is ok to abandon.
And for Honorbound rep while we kill Horde in Nazjatar? ...like, what?
