TheWoWDBI was on this quest today and the "Eyes of the Forest" ability was not revealing any saboteurs. I tried relogging then I left the quest area and came back a few minutes later, still no saboteurs. There was no one else around so its not like I was competing for kills. I have done this quest in the past so I know respawn times here were very short at one time. Submitted a bug report.

If u want to finish an invasion, you need 4 quests finished but i was able to see only 4 on the map, one of which is this one that cant be completed.
while flying around, one quest appeared on my "world quest" bar on the right, and was visible on the map only when you go to boralus and see map of boralus. (cords 26:68)
anyway, you can finish Crawl To Victory WQ and finish invasion without this bugged one
