So I go over to Academy to do this WQ. The quest on map is centered over court yard and in it is Dark Ranger Clea so I figure she is part of the WQ. After a horrible battle defeating her how much credit toward the WQ completion bar did I get for killing this elite, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Thanks Blizz for putting an elite that gives no credit toward this WQ. For all reading save your self a headache and don’t bother fighting her. Go past her and to back of the terrence and there are tons of horde fighting Acedemy Marines. You can use harpoon and launcher to pull horde out of air to fight to complete this quest and also collected dog tags from dead marines.

In an expansion noteworthy for its lousy (and frequently buggy) world questing, this example stands out as being one of the worst. There are low spawn rates on the harpoons, the harpoons themselves frequently (like 50% of the time) bug and hit nothing, you can't re-heal the injured Kul Tiran students (who nevertheless continue to 'sparkle' as if they're there waiting for your mending caress), and you get very little per-kill for the Horde soldiers.
If you can skip this one, do it.
One of the more poorly designed quests in a xpac full of poorly designed quests.
1) There are very few mobs to kill.
2) There are flying mobs that you can bring in if you find a harpoon and use a harpoon gun at the right time to pull them in. After all that they'll only be worth 8% on the quest progress bar.
3) There are some dead alli (only some) you can get dog tags off. No idea why only some count.Really badly done quest. I'll skip it in the future.
