This quest is only available to be picked up and completed during the weekend Draenor Dungeon Event from [npc=94870] next to your Garrison town hall or from your Adventurer Journal, and can be completed once per weekend bonus event per character.

A buff [spell=186404] granting additional Draenor Rep (20 per trash mob, 400 per boss, from specific non-6.2 Draenor factions, each faction being linked to specific dungeons) gains from hc/mythic Draenor dungeons will be visible on your character when the event is active and the quest will be removed from your quest log once the event is finished so make sure you hand it in before the weekly reset on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Any Mythic Draenor end-dungeon bosses should count towards completing this quest, including ones you are already loot locked to. This also means you can complete quick dungeons repeatedly (such as just killing Archmage Sol and Yalnu in the Everbloom doing Iron docks while skipping earlier bosses and trash) if you're only interested in the loot cache.

Rewards 500 [currency=1191] and a Heroic HFC loot cache [item=127854] which can contain 705-720 ilvl hc HFC gear, excluding weapons, tier pieces and class trinkets.

A bug used to exist that allows you to gain credit for this quest based on any Mythic dungeons you've already completed, similar to The Time to Strike did with bonus objectives during the Apexis event. There was another bug that prevented credit from being awarded for mythic dungeons completed for the first time but they have now since both been fixed.

After today (31 July, 2015), the quest has been hotfixed, but in order for it to start counting, you need to remove the quest (if you took it the day before) and retake it. After doing that, the quest worked perfectly fine the next four dungeons I completed.

Bugged 31/07 - Completing Mythic dungeons does not appear to progress the quest.

Will check to see if it does actually complete after doing 4

Edit: Cleared 4 Mythic dungeons just now, still on 0/4. Quest not completed

Edit 2: Quest appears to have been hotfixed, however it was not retroactive. i.e. you have to abandon quest, retake, and then do 4 more Mythic dungeons to get the credit

Edit 3: I had sent a ticket to a GM. They were able to confirm that I had done 4 already and completed the quest for me!
