To complete this quest, simply leave the cave via the Eastern Entrance (at [51.6,37.4]) and immediately turn left. Go up the hill and onto the ledge over the entrance of the cave to find the nest.

After doing this step, go back into the cave just inside the entrance to turn it in to [npc=94068].

This is the last quest in a chain, granting you the pet [item=129277]. The short quest chain is picked up from [npc=94068], just inside the cave known as the Rockcrawler Chasm at [51.6,37.4] in Highmountain. See below for the quest chain:

  1. Tamer Takedown
    Fledgling Worm Guts
    Tamer Takedown

  2. Going Down, Going Up

  3. Empty Nest

The entrance is located at 51,5:37,4. The two entrances to the cave is almost opposite of eachother. If you're looking for the entrance with the nest, but wind up at the other one, then simply reenter the cave and stick to the wall on your left, walk past the bridge and then you'll hit the entrance with the nest above it.

You can also teleport to the cave entrance by using a scroll found in the very bottom of the cave. This is the quickest way out. Also note that the quest turn-in was bugged for me. I had to enter/exit the cave several times before he showed up.

Description

I've taken an inventory of the eggs you recovered. Some among the bunch may still have a chance to hatch. They will need to be returned to an empty nest, and with any luck, an eagle will claim the eggs as her own and watch over them once again. There is a nest just outside the entrance, on a rocky ledge above the cave. Be careful, {name}. The eggs are very delicate.
