To find the items;
- Bedroll: Jump down and climb the stairs up north. There will be a room with 'Niuzao Sentinel' in it sleeping. The bedroll is in the middle.
- Shield: Right outside of the bedroll.
- Ha-Cha: Go up the ramp and go to the center where there is stairs going down. Ha-Chan will be the yak.
Sentinel Yalo is somewhere but I can't find him again. But everything is in the temple area.
The quest markers for this in 9.1 are a little misleading. The bedroll and shield are in/near the northern tower, not on the platform with the yak.
