TheWoWDBStand on the green rune circle and you should have a green button pop up. Press it and complete the quest. Sometimes people stand on the small green circle so you may not see it. If you walk over it the action button will pop up. Good luck!

If you're confused because there's no "rune", just like The Seat of The Primus, you're going to stand in a swirly minty green pool on the ground to Baroness Draka. This time there's no Baron Vyraz but Plague Deviser Marileth is there.
If you cannot see the rune because of UI/Graphics issues or because green/green, Draka will be to your left as you stand in the rune, Plague Deviser Marileth in front of you slightly to the right and the Sanctum Door behind you like so.
A special ability will pop up that's a quick channeled spell. If you do not get this ability, turn off your UI addons. :)
Poor guy. He had a moment of clarity but plunged back into madness as the effects of the potion wore off. What a sad fate.
