TheWoWDBThe good ol' times. You could loot Dwarven Spines and Night Elven Heads and tons of stuff like this, from enemy corpses in Alterac. They could then be delivered for reputation in your base. Every race had this. Shame they removed this, really. My Troll loved to flaunt his "Severed Night Elf Head" around in town.

Really a shame this quest was removed. The quest giver's text pretty much confirms the "Night Elves are evolved Trolls" theory thats been floating around for years.
The quest giver's text pretty much confirms the "Night Elves are evolved Trolls" theory thats been floating around for years.Night elf origins are stated to come from a "Nocturnal race of humanoids", as stated by Metzen himself. Trolls were never mentioned, as a matter of fact, night elves wiped the floor with the ancient troll empires. A troll states an absurd claim that clearly benefits his race? IT MUST BE TRUE!
