TheWoWDBReceived this quest midway through my first run of Manaforge (normal) - after having already killed Loom'ithar. I was anticipating having to run LFR or wait until next week to kill the boss again to complete the quest... yet when I logged in the next day, the quest was showing as completed. So re-logging may update the quest to detect that you've already killed Loom'ithar and give you credit.

Delivered right OUTSIDE THE RAID, thank the gods, to [npc=245348]!
You can only do this quest once per account. To get additional cloak appearances you'll have to kill Loom'ithar again and hope it drops more [item=245510].
Some are reporting that you can only get 1 drop per week per account. Not sure if this is true.

Description
Our intelligence describes a colossal beast within the Manaforge, responsible for producing the fabric that gives the Shadowguard their very form. Take it down and we'll hinder their ability to produce reinforcements. Oh, and Ba'choso says to bring some of the silk back with you - he may be able to fashion it into something useful.
