TheWoWDBAs of Patch 8.1 you can complete two breadcrumb quests which lead you to Winterspring.
You have to keep the order to be able to do both of them.
1. Hero's Call: Winterspring! (this quest can be found on every Hero's Call Board) OR Winterspring! (both have same reward, mutually exclusive, but both are marked as completed if one of them is completed)
2. Delivery for Donova (BEWARE: if you complete it BEFORE Speak to Salfa, Speak to Salfa becomes unavailable)

Description
By order of his royal highness, King Anduin Wrynn, all able-bodied citizens of the Alliance are to report to Donova Snowden at Frostfire Hotsprings. She requires your help to overcome the threat of the Winterfall furbolg. To reach Winterspring, you must travel east from northern Felwood and traverse Timbermaw Hold. For the glory and honor of the Alliance!
