With Sargeras's sword stuck in the middle of Silithus this year, to get the fires in the zone you'll have to speak to Zidormi at 78, 21 (in the North East of Silithus at the entrance to Un'Goro Crater) and ask her to show you what Silithus was like before the sword was plunged into the ground. Once you've spoken to her you can go to Cenarion Hold for the bonfires.
Don't forget to talk to her again to show the Sargeras's sword version of the zone again!
