TheWoWDBComplete this really, really quickly by standing on one of the rocks near the front lines, and seeing what the guards are on. Tag mobs with really low health by using an instant damage ability, and then just let the guards kill them. Got the entire quest done in 20 seconds by hitting moonfire once on each mob.
