Kandak

[npc=126637] rare is located in [zone=9570] Kandak's Lair on Zandalar isle.
It is inside a cave and can be hard to find. It is on the lowest lvl, don't take the road up.
Just find [npc=121688] NPC huge Direhorn and move strait to the waterfall.
And the cave is to the right side of the waterfall.
Ps. you actually can see the cave on the map.

Don't try to go on the roads, it's surrounded with the PVP guards from all sides. If you look on the map you'll see there's a river coming from the north. Just follow that river and jump down the waterfalls, when you finally arrive the area near the cave doesn't have any PVP patrols in it so it should be safe to enter.
I wonder who came up with the brilliant idea of putting the PVE content in the middle of a zone surrounded by the PVP patrols.

To find rare go to Warbeast Kraal area, there's a large dinosaur pens.
Go to 68.7 46.9 point, there's an entrance to the cave, [npc=126637] is inside the cave
