i got this today on my kyrian from the kyrian rare in korthia (popo event that spawns the wild worldbreaker). it immediately popped a mission on my mission table that is up for 72 hours. the reward was 250 anima and a minor amount of xp (500). the mission duration is 7.5 hours with max building.
edit to add, here is a link to the kyrian version of the mission. the descriptions are unique to the cov, that is how i know it is the kyrian version; not that it matters necessarily.

I have been considering this mission the "consolation prize" drop from each character's covenant mount Korthia rare on the first kill of the week. Since I haven't had any of the covenant mounts drop since they fixed it to be covenant specific, I don't know if the mission can drop if the mount drops as well - does anyone know?
If you are Venthyr Covenant bring this item to [npc=164404] (Sinfall)

Description
<This appears to be an incomplete set of notes detailing one archivist's search for a mythical font of anima hidden somewhere deep in Korthia. Koros in Elysian Hold would be able to help you put together a team to search for it.>
