Legendary Prosperity is a quest for level 90 in Harandar. It is step 3 of 8 in the Renown of Midnight storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Harandar at 50.9, 50.7. It rewards 13,700 experience and money.
Harandar hides wisdom in every annal of its history, <name>. You would do well to seek out its legends for yourself. I suspect you may learn something of this world and our places in it.

Drop the quest and pick it back up from Naynar.
Go here and talk to [npc=238170] to get a weekly quest.
Pick the relic on the far left and turn it in. Done.
Go back to Naynar.
In order to complete this quest you need to have completed the entire midnight campaign and unlocked the midnight world tour.
If you haven't completed the campaign, you will be able to pick up the quest, but you will get nowhere with it.
The premise of this quest is that you fulfill an endgame weekly quest, which does not exist until you are in the endgame.
Do NOT do Legend of the Haranir weekly before doing the Renown 8 quest for the champion belt. You will lock yourself out and have to wait for the next reset.
EDIT: Looks like Blizzard pushed a hotfix, should be retroactive now.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Our sojourn to this world has brought the ren'dorei an even deeper understanding of the Void than before. The domanaar with whom we share a common enemy are almost strangely generous with their knowledge. I believe they want us to become as fearsome as they are.
Renown of Midnight has 8 steps, from Courting Success to Glorious Abundance.
