   After 3-6 hours you can take a quest Mission Report: Mudfisher Cove.
   If you had full bags, check your post for the item

6. Following quest Mudfisher Cove is to go and build outpost.
   Outpost is located in Drustvar (North-east at 61.89 16.36)

   This steps unlocks windrider in Drustvar <= map

8. Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission [mission=2095] to pop up
   After 3-6 hours you get [item=163334] Mission Report: Into The Wicker quest.

10. Following quest The Wicker Totem is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost

Adds a Wicker Totem to the outpost.

It's a 30-min Wicker disguise. (Seems like it's just cosmetic; I didn't notice any mobs of the witch faction changing their stance.)

At the time of writing Shell Game Shell Game didn't work with the disguise (the playing pieces are obscured by the parchment so you can't see what you're picking).Remove the disguise with right-click if you run into this bug, and restart the memory game to fix it.
