Nettin' Ettin

This will let you control Donk, a big Ettin at the entrance to the outpost. You can ride him to take you quickly wherever you want, after which point you can dismount and continue your journey.

The outpost upgrades already appear before you arrive to turn in the quest. That's why it can be confusing as it seems 'nothing happens' but it already has.

Honestly the best upgrade for Horde outposts as Donk runs extremely fast. The others are really... nothing in comparison.

4. It unlocks follower mission [mission=2067]
   After 3-6 hours you can take a quest Mission Report: Stonetusk Watch .
   If you had full bags, check your post for the item

6. Following quest Stonetusk Watch is to go and build outpost.
   Outpost is located in Stormsong Valley (South-west at 39.38 68.50)

   This steps unlocks windrider in Stormsong Valley <= map

8. Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission [mission=2093] to pop up
   After 3-6 hours you get a quest to get back to the main ship.

10. Following quest Nettin' Ettin is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost
