Start from Oculeth's workshop, use test chamber pillar to teleport in to Oculeth's shelter. Follow the way down, killing mobs on the way and interracting Arcane coils. Proceed untill you found the room where [npc=101116] is. Activate all four Arcane coils, but [npc=101116] still Invulnerable. Oculeth will find an idea and teleports everyone out of shelter. Defeat [npc=101116] to finish the quest.

Description

We must lock down the facility. Otherwise my esteemed colleagues from the palace could uncover my secrets, which puts any teleporters I build for you and Thalyssra at risk. <The inactive attunement device near Oculeth hums to life.> This will take us to my secret test chamber beneath the mountain. From there we can begin the lockdown sequence and make our escape!

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
