this is the second quest that orokk gives you and, with the others, allows you to obtain the recipes for the barbaric Iron set
to obtain this quest you only have to complete the the quest Barbaric Battlements, I don't know if it requires a BS lvl to accept it but clearly if you are not lvl 135 you are not able to craft the items needed and if you are not 160 you can't learn the recipe.
this quest leads to Trampled Under Foot
to complete this quest and the following two, the remaining mats are
