The blue marked quest area is on the west side of the road. But it's a cave underneath. The entrance of the cave is on the eastern side of the road.
And it's not the cave in direction to the north. Thats the way to Kun-Lai Summit.

If you are wondering - like me - whether or not to skip this quest (kill a bunch of mobs I don't need in order to pick up some items and get to a mob I do need (educating saurok): after completing this and upon arrival in Binan Village, you will have mail from Madam Goya, informing you that you may use her services. Which is the Black Market AH close to the Tavern in the Mists. Maybe you can use the AH nonetheless, I don't know. Just thought it might be worth mentioning.

Edit: So I went there on another toon and ignored this quest-giver. Continued on to Binan Village, flew back to the Tavern and checked the AH and I could use it. Thus, you do not need to do these quests in order to use the AH.

Ah, a {class}. I could make good use of your skills. A convoy was struck just up the road by a band of marauding saurok. These marauders made off with some... merchandise... her ladyship, the Madam Goya, had a mind to sell. One does not steal from her ladyship. If you recover these items I will gladly provide you a finders fee.
