Do this quest with "Petrified Delicacies" (Petrified Delicacies). There are a ton of petrified bats all around Gorgonite.
When attacking Gorgonite, a Son of Kor 'assists' you by hurling large rocks at him. The location of these rocks show as blue runes on the ground before they hit, but it seems to affect you regardless of whether you are in the rune or not, by casting you up into the air. When the rocks land, they leave a click-able 'action cog' icon when mousing over them titled 'Collision' however for me, they did nothing when I clicked on them.

I've one more favor to ask, fleshling. There is a basilisk, much larger and much older than the rest. Though we normally fear nothing from their kind, this one has become so potent as to petrify some of my sons. This shall not be abided. Find Gorgonite to the east and slay him. He has lived much longer than necessary.
