This quest is obnoxious.
You need your follower to shoot down the drakes and that requires him to be out of combat, but it always seems he is far too busy aggroing every other mob in sight. You know, the exact mobs I'm trying to carefully avoid so I can just finish this quest quickly.
It's much better to simply mount up and fly close to the protodrakes to aggro them, as the range of Torqui's ability is too short for some of them.
