TheWoWDBLocate large round silver bombs with spikes called [npc=127058]s. No sparkle. You must be right on top of them to see the gold cogwheel. There is no rope fuse. The bombs are in fixed locations and are always part of the landscape - the bombs don’t spawn randomly. You can de-fuse any bomb whether or not someone else just did that. Your sabotaged bombs will flash green.

This quest can trigger at a pretty good distance from the actual area where the bombs are. Get on down to the area around 60 65. Beware of flying Fel Shrieker's swooping down into the bowl area.
There are stacks of small bombs around the questing area that you can pick up to one shot the mobs attacking you.
