Reinforce Light's Purchase is a quest for level 45 in Antoran Wastes. It is step 3 of 6 in The Heart of Argus storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Antoran Wastes at 72.4, 74.8. It rewards 6,150 experience and money.

Description

Now that we have established a foothold, we need to rendezvous with our soldiers in the field.

We have an Army of the Light encampment to the south, near where the Legion is keeping their strongest warriors in some sort of stasis.

Alleria went to scout the area. Find her, and see what information she has gathered.

The reason she isn't available is due to the fact that this quest is tied to two different camps being active, the Northern Camp(The Veiled Den) and the Southern Camp(Antoran Wastes). When one of these is active the other quests are not available to turn in as the NPCs will be missing. This is a daily rotation though so hold on to this quest and you should be able to turn it in when it rotates again.

This info is nowhere to be found. got this info from the WoW forums, and only after so many people submitted tickets.

I filed a ticket about this quest today, because I dropped it on an alt thinking that it was bugged...and when I did, it was not offered to me again. I received it yesterday but did not get around to travelling to Light's Purchase until today.

Here was the CS response:

Just dropping by to talk a little about the quest "Reinforce Light's Purchase". There isn't much details in-game explaining the Light's Purchase area along with the Veiled Den area, but these two places alternate. It looks like Light's Purchase was active yesterday and if the quest wasn't completed yesterday it will appear later down the road! There isn't anything tied specifically to this quest so I can assure you nothing was missed. It mainly just leads you to a location to see in Antoran Wastes, kind of like Reinforce Veiled Den did.

Within the next couple days Light's Purchase should appear again and you'll be able to complete the quest like normal. The quest wouldn't work if the quest was picked up on the active day and then attempted to complete on the inactive day because Alleria Windrunner would not be at that location.

There is no rep requirement for the quest, per CS. I can confirm this because my Pally was not Honored with the Army of Light and had no issue completing it...but I got it yesterday on him and also completed it on the same day.

Hope this helps someone who was confused like I was and saves you from wasting an hour trying different things (as I also did) :)

If this quest annoys you on your map at the Hope's Landing beacon during Remix like it did me, make sure to use the Vindicaar console and fly the Vindicaar to Antoran Wastes. Turalyon should then offer you the quest on the Vindicaar and you can finish it. You might have to go down to the Wastes once and teleport back to the Vindicaar before Turalyon offers it
