The location for this quest is the exact same location where you first found your orphaned Snowfeather hatchling.
To add to this, When mounting this mount, and having the corresponding pet out, a heart will appear above the hatchlings head alongside a sound affect, However if anyone near by also has the same corresponding pet out, it will run over to you and also have the heart/sound animation pop up.

Coords 32, 28 to be exact. Just north of the Feltotem camp right where you found the hatchling originally.
