Technoscrying: The Mysteries of Igira's Watch

Another potential fix for people who are stuck at 67% seems to be toggling war mode on. It finally pinged my third item after that.

This whole event is garbage. Clunky elemental that can block your mouse, small totem that sometimes gets stuck in the ground/ unclickable, a dumb hot/cold system that's un-intuitive, water/dirt/fire spots(?) that don't spawn sometimes which disallow you from cooling/dirting/heating the sample. And then issues like this where the intro questline shares quest objectives with the following world quest so you have to phase to WM to complete it. This is one of the most tedious, boring, and frustrating events Blizzard has made yet.

EDIT: Actually, it's even worse because I went to do this quest on an alt - there just isn't more than 2 pieces to find in one phase. Searched everywhere on my alt and only found the scroll and the satchel for 66%. How did this get past play testing?

After activating the [item=202247] from my bags (there was no quest button or extra action button for me), I found 3 items at:

(quick edit, there seems to be several more possible random locations that can appear (and the ones I listed aren't always guaranteed), but I didn't keep track of their coordinates at the time, JElmore's comment has some additional likely possibilities)
