To complete this, go into scrying mode on your quest item it gives you. it will put an arrow in a hexagon on the floor near quest giver. Once you see it, go to middle where the arrow is, then re-activate the quest item and choose observation mode.
The observation mode will not activate unless you are standing where the arrow on the floor was.

I left in the middle of the quest to get to the new event, just to realize that there is no quest marker on the map. Now i CANNOT find the quest again.

Description
Tuskarr artifacts, underground, deep in Djaradin territory? If we didn't find it ourselves I wouldn't believe it. What do you think they were doing down here? Ok looks like the nexus point is right here in this cave. Let's get to the bottom of this!
