Or, as the quest says, speak to the Ancient of War. His name is Karonas and he is at coordinates 45 42. Talk to Tambre (the person you need to speak to to complete this quest) to get a ride back.
I was looking for small guy with a boat, instead it's the big giant tree guy "Ancient of War"... duh! The coords above are right on. I recommend you face the island before you ask for the ride or you'll get to go backwards like I did.

Description
Our settlement on Sardor Isle was lost to the Hatecrest naga. Overwhelmed by their numbers, we fell back to the mainland. While they coveted their newly-gained sandbar, we raised New Feathermoon on the shore and amassed an even greater army. Now, the Hatecrest will be driven back into the sea. Find our Ancient of War along the shore. He will take you to the front lines, where Tambre leads the offensive.
