The movie didn't play for me, thankfully I found a video on youtube (though it was the whole quest so I just skipped to the end for the movie).
New problem; my feet are stuck and I can't actually get close enough to Arator to finish the quest. Reloading didn't help. Pacified so can't hearth. Logging in and out worked though.

Description

Our elven allies have arrived. It is time to take the fight to the Darkwell. Xal'atath's forces hold the bridge and recently pushed into the harbor to reinforce their position. We must retake the harbor, launch our naval forces, and use a combined assault to take the bridge. Are you ready, {name}?
