TheWoWDBI'm lvl 80 and revered with AC, but she still won't talk to me. This either isn't available to the horde anymore (it was on beta, I did it there) or there's some other pre-req that's not listed here.
EDIT: Figured it out. The guy she leads you to has a quest for you to do, but this is NOT a requirement to get that quest. If you go to Crusader Valus and do his quest first, then this quest won't be available to you.

Like all "feeder" quests in WotLK (i.e. those that are simply "Go to X and speak to Y"), if you speak to the objective of the quest prior to meeting the feeder, the quest becomes unavailable to you. Similarly if there are multiple feeder quests for a given objective then speaking to feeder A removes the quest from feeder B.
