This is how I completed the quest:
Turnip: Hit it with average power
Watermelon: Hit it softly
Extra-spicy tofu: Hit it as hard as possible
After this, you should talk to Miss Fanny again to launch yourself. I haven't tried it with any other race besides Pandarian, but I launched myself at average power and landed safely on the farm.

Miss Fanny is the elite Mushan Dinossaur standing on the side of the house, next to the monkey called Muno the Farmhand.
You can pick up the quest items (turnip, watermelon and extra-spicy tofu right in front of where the NPC questgiver is.
Confirmed order as the previous comment;
- Turnip: Average power
-Watermelon: Softly
-Extra-Spicy Tofu: Hard as possible
Blizzard seem intent on causing hilarity for their British players. In Cataclysm we had Find Fanny which made me giggle because I'm just an overgrown schoolgirl at heart and this expansion we have this quest.
Particularly amusing was the quest text when you hit a watermelon:
'Good bonk, Miss Fanny! You got nice control!'
Lets's put it this way it's not a phrase you would use in front of your grandma...

What to do
Description
Most of these vegetables will be sold, but I'd like to keep some for my family. Specifically, my nephew Liang needs some to feed to his pigs. Unfortunately, the pathway to Liang's farm is currently swarming with Snagtooth virmen. We're going to have to ask Miss Fanny to help us out. Bring some of the food we've gathered to Miss Fanny, who stands next to my house. Then ask her - NICELY! - to send them down to Liang's ranch.

- The Meat They'll Eat
I told you earlier, my pigs are picky eaters. They need to eat meat to grow strong, but they don't like mutton, they don't like yak, and I'm not about to feed them any pig meat. They do, however, eat meat off of the mushan beasts, and they're also quite partial to turtle.
