I know this was a little while back so you probably figured it out, but you just talk to three of the workers inside the shop to help the crabs.

i still don't get it, i talk to them but nothing happens, i guess it's bugued atm so i am stuck on this. Edit: It was indeed bugued, I had to leave the area (Go to Dornogal for example) and come back and I could finally do the objectives.
