Before level 90 you cannot fly here, so getting to Jaluu the Generous can be frustrating if you try to take a shortcut. Make sure you take the northern path into Mogu'shan Palace. Go up the ramp then head right and down the stairs.
Just a note from post MoP go live: Lucky Lin is labeled Elder Lin. /tar Lucky Lin does not find her, /tar Elder Lin does. However, when you talk to her, it announces that Lucky Lin has been spoken to.
