TheWoWDBDoes this quest not stay completed? I turned it in then the next day Handynotes still tells me I need to kill this rare for it. Thought Handynotes just had an error until I checked the completion of the quest ID and it's false......

I'm quite sure I've done the quest, but it isn't flagged as completed for me either, and I've never gotten it to drop a second time.

Description
This vessel appears to be brimming with anima. It is certainly tolls collected from denizens traveling by this crossroads. I am sure with all that is going on, Mistress Mihaela in Darkhaven would appreciate these tolls brought to her to cover the Village Ward's obligations.
