TheWoWDBThere is no way of describing the awe I felt during this entire questline, from the first invitation by the Bronze Dragonflight in Orgrimmar till the completion in Wyrmcrest Temple.
I had never before gone to the Well of Eternity, and this has covered oh so many gaps in the lore.
By all means, do not be frustrated by the bosses, use wowhead, and if you need to, ask others for advice and help in-game, and DO this!

So, just completed "End Time" and Nozdormu has given you a new quest "The Well of Eternity" ? How to proceed? Turn around, dive back through the purple swirly portal, and you're back in Caverns of Time. Over to left of screen, is a yellow squiggle marked "Well of Eternity".
The dungeon is on the opposite side of the CoT from End Times at (22.6, 64.3).

Description
We must move quickly, before any remaining Infinite agents intervene. Time is precious. I will now take you from your distant future into your distant past... the War of the Ancients. Ten-thousand years in the past, the night elven capital city of Zin-Azshari was a magnificent, sparkling metropolis. Situated on the shores of the Well of Eternity, it was here that the aristocratic Highborne first opened a portal into the Twisting Nether and invited the Burning Legion to invade Azeroth.
