In case you were confused like me, the 'Embertooth' quest mobs are on the bottom floor and in a cave below, not on the top shelf...
Nothing quite like killing 40 mobs to get 10 quest items. Blizzard continue to impress.
not only that, mobs are also very scarce and respawn slowly. Just ignore this WQ.
