likely a perk for players with level 3 menageries and/or an existing level 25 pet(s)awarded to level 100 players with a level 3 garrison.*Currently, the Battle Pet Master does not sell Ultimate Battle-Training Stone.

Incredibly gracious and easy quest; I have 11 garrisons so all I can say is "thank you very much" which ever Blizz developer pushed this one through.

Description
Commander, I've heard reports of a strange stone found in the garrison mine. The miners aren't sure what to make of it, but I have a feeling it could be useful. When you next find yourself at the mine, it may be worth investigating. And if you don't mind, I would love to see the stone for myself.
