Where the reagents come from
Empyrium. No recipe, Blizzard quest reward or dungeon journal drop in our game data produces it. Also a required reagent in 17 other recipes (9 Jewelcrafting, 4 Blacksmithing, 3 Engineering and 1 Enchanting); Empyrial Breastplate takes the most, 125 per craft.
Primal Sargerite. Made with Transmute: Primal Sargerite (Alchemy, Legion Alchemy) from 25
Blood of Sargeras. Also a required reagent in 18 other recipes (5 Jewelcrafting, 4 Alchemy, 3 Engineering and 2 Blacksmithing); the most per craft: Empyrial Breastplate (Blacksmithing, 10 per craft), Lightweave Breeches (Tailoring, 8 per craft), Astral Alchemist Stone (Alchemy, 5 per craft), Fiendish Shoulderguards (Leatherworking, 5 per craft) and Fiendish Spaulders (Leatherworking, 5 per craft).
Reading these numbers
1 of the reagents have no current Auction House listing, so the cost of a craft cannot be totalled today. The reagents that do have prices are shown above; the missing ones are usually items that trade per realm rather than region-wide.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
