Crafting estimate at current listings
No real market: too few listings for this price to mean anything yet.
- Reagent cost (lowest listed)
- 4 gold27 silver
- Crafted item, lowest listed price
- 1,627 gold26 silver
- Auction House cut (5%)
- 81 gold36 silver
- Estimated profit at that listed price

Thin market: the crafted item’s lowest listing comes from very few current listings and sits far out of line with reagent cost. Treat this estimate as unverified until more listings accrue.
- Evidence: 4 current listings holding 9 units of the crafted item in the US region. We see listings, not sales, so how many sell and at what price is unknown.

Where the reagents come from
Talasite. No recipe, Blizzard quest reward or dungeon journal drop in our game data produces it. Also a required reagent in 9 other recipes (6 Jewelcrafting and 3 Engineering); Coronet of Verdant Flame takes the most, 2 per craft.

Reading these numbers
At current lowest listed prices the 1 reagent for one craft of Forceful Talasite cost 4 gold27 silver.
Break-even is 4 gold49 silver - below that listed price the craft loses gold once Blizzard’s 5% cut is taken. The crafted item’s lowest listed price is 1,627 gold26 silver, which clears it.
At that listed price the gross margin before fees is 1,622 gold99 silver; the Auction House would keep 81 gold36 silver of a sale, leaving 1,541 gold62 silver. That is an estimated 36103.7% return on the gold you put into reagents, after the cut has taken 5.0% of the gross.
Listing depth right now: 9 units across 4 auctions region-wide. Depth separates a market price from a single asking figure, but listings are not sales, so read it alongside the estimate.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
