Crafting estimate at current listings
No real market: too few listings for this price to mean anything yet.
- Reagent cost (lowest listed)
- 25 gold
- Crafted item, lowest listed price
- 24 gold13 silver
- Auction House cut (5%)
- 1 gold20 silver
- Estimated profit at that listed price
- −2 gold7 silver
No real market: only 133 units across 2 auctions region-wide. With this little supply the lowest listing is one asking price rather than a market rate, so treat the estimate above as arithmetic, not an opportunity; a buyer at that price is not established.
- Evidence: 2 current listings holding 133 units of the crafted item in the US region. We see listings, not sales, so how many sell and at what price is unknown.

Reading these numbers
At current lowest listed prices the 1 reagent for one craft of Fractured Tinker's Gear cost 25 gold.
Break-even is 26 gold31 silver - below that listed price the craft loses gold once Blizzard’s 5% cut is taken. The crafted item’s lowest listed price is 24 gold13 silver, which does not clear it.
The crafted item currently lists for less than its reagents cost: −87 silver before fees, and the Auction House would still take 1 gold20 silver of a sale, so a craft loses 2 gold7 silver at these prices. At current listings, buying the crafted item costs less than making it. That is an estimated -8.3% return on the gold you put into reagents.
Listing depth right now: 133 units across 2 auctions region-wide. Depth separates a market price from a single asking figure, but listings are not sales, so read it alongside the estimate.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
