About True Aim
One craft takes 1 Transcendent Dust.
Enchant: True Aim tooltip
Where the reagents come from
Transcendent Dust. No recipe, Blizzard quest reward or dungeon journal drop in our game data produces it. Also a required reagent in 1 other recipe (1 Enchanting); True Aim Spear takes the most, 1 per craft.

Reading these numbers
1 of the reagents have no current Auction House listing, so the cost of a craft cannot be totalled today. The reagents that do have prices are shown above; the missing ones are usually items that trade per realm rather than region-wide.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
