Where the reagents come from
Lynxfish. No recipe, Blizzard quest reward or dungeon journal drop in our game data produces it. Also a required reagent in 2 other recipes (1 Skinning and 1 Cooking); Majestic Eversong Lure takes the most, 8 per craft.
Reading these numbers
At current lowest listed prices the 1 reagent for one craft of Turn In Fish cost 65 gold40 silver.
Break-even is 68 gold84 silver per craft, 2 gold29 silver per item at 30 items a craft - below that listed price the craft loses gold once Blizzard’s 5% cut is taken. The crafted item has no current Auction House listing to compare it against, so the estimate above is left unknown rather than guessed.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
