Crafting estimate at current listings
At current lowest listed prices one craft shows an estimated profit of 13,752 gold39 silver, but the crafted item’s listing is far from its 30-day median (see below).
- Reagent cost (lowest listed)
- 4,191 gold78 silver
- Crafted item, lowest listed price
- 18,888 gold60 silver
- Auction House cut (5%)
- 944 gold43 silver
- Estimated profit at that listed price
- 13,752 gold39 silver (+328%)
- Evidence: 3 current listings holding 112 units of the crafted item in the US region. We see listings, not sales, so how many sell and at what price is unknown.
- Outlier: the crafted item’s lowest listing is 3.8 times its 30-day median of 5,000 gold71 silver, so this estimate rests on a listing far above its usual level.
- Quality: Verdant Conduit comes in 3 quality ranks. This is the base comparison, rank 1 reagents against the rank 1 result; your skill and the reagents’ ranks decide the rank you actually get, which this estimate does not model. Each rank’s lowest listing is in the rank table below.
- Not included: the recipe also accepts 1 finishing reagent slot, which are not required and are left out of the cost.

Verdant Conduit quality ranks
Verdant Conduit comes in 3 quality ranks, and each rank is its own item on the Auction House. The recipe’s base crafting difficulty is 360.
| Rank | Item | Lowest listed price | Listings (US) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rank 1 | Verdant Conduit | 18,888 gold60 silver | 3 listings, 112 units |
| Rank 2 | Verdant Conduit | 282 gold87 silver | 3 listings, 28 units |
| Rank 3 | Verdant Conduit | 813 gold35 silver | 3 listings, 14 units |
The crafting estimate above is the base comparison: rank 1 reagents against the rank 1 result. Your skill and the reagents’ ranks decide which rank a craft actually makes, so a higher rank is never priced against rank 1 reagents here. Right now rank 1 lists above rank 2 and rank 3, so a craft that comes out at a higher rank is worth less at today’s listings, not more.

The current lowest listing is 3.8 times its 30-day median. Over these 30 days the lowest listing moved more than tenfold, so a single snapshot, including the one the estimate uses, can sit far from typical.

Reading these numbers
At current lowest listed prices the 4 reagents for one craft of Verdant Conduit cost 4,191 gold78 silver. Most of that is Dreaming Antler Fragment - 1 at 3,199 gold80 silver each, 3,199 gold80 silver, 76.3% of the whole basket. Watch that one price and you have watched most of this recipe.
Break-even is 4,412 gold40 silver - below that listed price the craft loses gold once Blizzard’s 5% cut is taken. The crafted item’s lowest listed price is 18,888 gold60 silver, which clears it.
At that listed price the gross margin before fees is 14,696 gold82 silver; the Auction House would keep 944 gold43 silver of a sale, leaving 13,752 gold39 silver. That is an estimated 328.1% return on the gold you put into reagents, after the cut has taken 6.4% of the gross.
Listing depth right now: 112 units across 3 auctions region-wide. Depth separates a market price from a single asking figure, but listings are not sales, so read it alongside the estimate.
Costs use each reagent’s lowest listed price; the estimate is the crafted item’s lowest listed price, times the items one craft makes, minus those reagents and Blizzard’s 5% sale cut. Listings are asking prices, not sales. Recalculated every snapshot and left blank rather than guessed when a price is missing. How we estimate crafting profit →
